काभ्रे जिल्ला, साबिक साल्धारा गाउँ विकास समिति वडा नं. ७ (हाल खानीखोला गाउँपालिका वडा नं. ६) अन्तर्गत पर्ने श्रीखम्बा गाउँको बेलडाँडा टोलमा बुवा रत्न बहादुर अधिकारी र आमा खड्क कुमारी अधिकारीको सन्तानका रूपमा मिति २०४५/०७/२५ गते मेरो घरमै जन्म भएको हो। म हाल भएका सन्तानमध्ये तेस्रो अर्थात् साइलो छोरा हुँ। मेरो दुई दाइ, दुई भाइ र एक बहिनी छन्।

सानै उमेरमा आमाको असामयिक निधन भएपछि बाल्यकालदेखि नै संघर्षपूर्ण जीवन यात्रा सुरु भयो। कठिन परिस्थितिका बीच पनि शिक्षालाई निरन्तरता दिँदै २०६३ सालमा तालढुङ्गास्थित जन विकास माध्यमिक विद्यालय बाट एसएलसी उत्तीर्ण गरें। त्यहीँबाट कक्षा १२ सम्मको अध्ययन पूरा गरेपछि ब्याचलर तहको अध्ययन रत्न राज्य क्याम्पस बाट सम्पन्न गरेको हुँ।

बाल्यकालदेखि नै सामाजिक भावनाले प्रेरित भई सेवामूलक कार्यमा सक्रिय रहँदै आएको छु। घरबाट अण्डा बेचेर घाइतेलाई प्राथमिक उपचारका सामग्री किनेर सहयोग गर्ने, विद्यार्थीहरूलाई एकै ठाउँमा जम्मा गरी लाइन मिलाएर विद्यालय लैजाने, गाउँमा खेलकुदका लागि चौर व्यवस्थापन गर्ने, मन्दिर तथा सार्वजनिक भवन निर्माणका लागि देउसी–भैलो कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्ने जस्ता कामहरूमा संलग्न रहेँ।

यही अनुभव र प्रेरणाले आजसम्म पनि सामाजिक तथा राजनीतिक क्षेत्रमा निरन्तर सक्रिय रहने प्रयास गरिरहेको छु।

I was born on 2045/07/25 B.S. in Beldanda Tole of Shreekhamba village, formerly Ward No. 7 of Saldhara Village Development Committee, now Ward No. 6 of Khanikhola Rural Municipality, Kavre district. I am the third child (middle son) of my father Ratna Bahadur Adhikari and mother Khadka Kumari Adhikari. I have two elder brothers, two younger brothers, and one sister.

After losing my mother at a young age, life became a journey of struggle from early childhood. Despite the hardships, I remained committed to education. I passed my SLC in 2063 B.S. from Jan Bikash Secondary School and completed my higher secondary education there. Later, I pursued my Bachelor’s degree at Ratna Rajya Campus.

Since childhood, I have been driven by a strong sense of social responsibility. I used to sell eggs from home to buy basic medical supplies for injured people, organize students and guide them safely to school, coordinate the development of playgrounds in the village, and lead Deusi–Bhailo programs to raise funds for building temples and public structures.

These early experiences shaped my commitment to social service and community engagement. I continue to dedicate myself to social and political work with the same spirit and determination.
